These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which Cartridge Green ("we/us") makes this website (the "Cartridge Green Site") available to you.

Cartridge Green Products

All Products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for delivery everywhere in the Republic of Ireland.

Cartridge Green strives to ship orders placed before 1pm the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the following day for next day delivery.

Cartridge Green Delivery Charges as advised in our delivery section will be applicable. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Cartridge Green you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible after receipt of your Order Form. Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas - where possible we will advise you of these restrictions when you place your order.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. We highly recommend that you provide us with your Mobile Number for this purpose.

Certain products may be delivered during a delivery period, providing delivery within a time frame around your preferred delivery date - if this is the case for your order, we will advise you after you have completed your order form.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.

Where more than one attempt to complete delivery is necessary, because of any inadequacy in the information provided for delivery purposes or where the recipient was unavailable to accept delivery, the delivery charge portion of an order may be charged again, using the payment details provided with your original order.

A notification of the charges will be sent by email to the email address provided as part of the order process.

Cancellation
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

|To amend or cancel your order, please contact the Cartridge Green store nearest to the delivery address you have given between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Returns

You are entitled to a seven-day 'cooling-off period', whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason within seven days of receipt of same, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus the shipping charge. This safeguard applies only where the products in question are unopened, unused, undamaged and returned to us in full saleable condition. Charges for return-shipment must be borne by the purchaser. In the event that you have ordered the incorrect consumables for your machine, and opened same (outer box or inner packaging) then we cannot refund in part or full.

The guarantees on our various product lines are as follows:

In the event that you've purchased a faulty original or OEM product from Cartridge Green please contact the manufacturer directly for further instruction. Many original equipment manufacturers require that the end-user initiate such returns procedures directly with them (but we will of course honour the guarantee if the OEM suggests that course of action). Please feel free to contact us with any queries you might have.

In the event that your compatible purchase is faulty Cartridge Green undertakes to replace said product or refund the product purchase price, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

In the event that your re-manufactured purchase is faulty Cartridge Green undertakes to repair or replace said product or refund the product purchase price, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card number provided on that specific order. If product(s) purchased from Cartridge Green should be returned for whatever reason, the customer shall return the product(s) to us under the following terms:

Customer shall return the products to Cartridge Green, along with the original invoice or receipt and delivery note if applicable. If no invoice is to hand, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, invoice number and customer ID (if known). Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite a solution and allow us to contact you if there are any problems or concerns regarding your return.

Before a refund and/or reshipment can be issued, the cartridges in question must be returned to Cartridge Green. Cartridge Green will not be responsible for damaged parts if customer does not follow this process. Please retain shipping information including tracking numbers, until your account has been credited by Cartridge Green or repaired or replacement product is received. Cartridge Green cannot be held liable for any lost packages that are not given any type of tracking number or documentation. If Cartridge Green determines that failure of the product(s) was not as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then Cartridge Green reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labour at Cartridge Green’s current labour rate, or charge the customer a 20% restocking fee. Cartridge Green will advise customer prior to assessing these charges.

Unless paid for via our secure online payment system, or otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of an invoice. Cartridge Green reserves the right to obtain a security interest in all products sold to the customer, and in proceeds thereof, until the customer makes full payment.

1.0 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Cartridge Green Site and/or the Cartridge Green Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Cartridge Green Site and/or the Cartridge Green Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Cartridge Green Site and/or the Cartridge Green Service impossible or impractical.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Cartridge Green Site from time to time. We will post any changes on the Cartridge Green Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Cartridge Green Site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
