I sent my cartridges few days ago and they still haven’t come back to me.

When we receive your cartridges we refill them immediately and post them back to you. Generally this process takes 3-4 working days but we use An Post and sometimes there can be delays, especially around Christmas time. However purchasing a spare set of cartridges and adding them to your package is the ideal way to ensure you can continue to use your printer when your ink is being replaced. What do I do if my cartridges are missing/ lost/ damaged?

Unfortunately in this situation you need to purchase new cartridge(s). It doesn’t happen too often but cartridges can be lost in post (especially if the proper envelopes are not used). Cartridges also become worn and fail occasionally. When this happens you should contact us to arrange replacements. We will then add these to your package so you can get free ink for them.

 

Do I need to buy spare cartridges?

No there is no requirement to purchase spare cartridges. However, purchasing a spare set of cartridges and adding them to your package is the ideal way to ensure you can continue to use your printer when your ink is being replaced. To purchase a spare set of cartridges call us on 01 296 7626.

 

I need more envelopes

Additional envelopes are available in packs of four (with each envelope capable of holding 2 cartridges) and we only charge standard postage rates to cover the postage cost and ensure we can continue to offer great value and free unlimited ink. If we didn’t cover our postage cost we would have to apply a fair usage on the ink usage which we prefer not to do. Can I use my own envelopes instead?

Unfortunately not. The envelopes we provide are premium paid and are set up the cartridges you use in terms of size, weight and cost. We only refill cartridges that arrive with these envelopes and in some cases customers have had cartridges lost or returned to them when they used their own envelopes.

 

My subscription has expired, how can I renew?

Just call us on 01 296 7626 and we can advise you of the renewal charge and process the renewal and payment over the phone. For this you will need an active debit or credit card.
