• The membership of Club Cartridge Green is for a 12 month period.
• It is one membership per customer only.
• Membership entitles members to ink for a period of 12 months or up to the fair usage policy restrictions whichever comes sooner.
  The membership does not entitle members to cartridges for the 12 month period.
• Membership entitles members to a discount on all products sold in the Cartridge Green store joined. This discount does not include printing services or additional Club Cartridge Green memberships including renewals. This discount is set by Cartridge Green and can change from time to time.
• If a member has breached the fair usage policy before the 12 month membership has expired, the member has the option to renew their membership at the standard renewal rate at that time to reactivate their membership for a further 12 months.
• Each cartridge will have a barcode that is unique to Club Cartridge Green and only the cartridges that have this barcode can be refilled using the Club Cartridge Green membership. No other cartridges can or will be accepted.
• Members must not tamper with the barcode stickers on the cartridges as tampered barcode stickers will not be accepted under the terms of the membership.
• Members are entitled to link additional cartridges to their membership but these additional cartridges will be charged at the standard retail price charged by Cartridge Green at that time, minus the store discount. These additional cartridges must be the same type as the cartridges used in the membership.
• Local store rules may apply and these may change without prior written notice.
• Your membership is only valid at the Cartridge Green store you joined. You cannot use your Club Cartridge Green membership in different Cartridge Green stores.
• Membership services are only offered during normal store opening hours. Please refer to www.cartridgegreen.ie for the opening times of the store in which your membership is held as opening times can vary per store location.
• Memberships are not transferrable to third parties but members are entitled to use third parties to refill their cartridges. Please note that these cartridges must be the cartridges with the Club Cartridge Green barcode that links them to the membership.
• The cartridges used for your Club Cartridge Green membership can and may fail from time to time. In the event of a failure of any of your cartridges, Club Cartridge Green will charge you the standard refill price (minus the applicable store discount at that time) to replace the cartridge(s).
• A member may renew their membership if:
  • the 12 month term has expired
  • the maximum amount of ink under the fair usage terms is reached before the 12 month expiration.
• The renewal fee will be the renewal fee at the time of renewal and not the renewal fee when the member originally joined. Club Cartridge Green reserves the right to amend membership pricing at any time during your membership.
• Under the Data Protection Act 2003, Club Cartridge Green ensures that your personal details will not be referred or sold to any third party organisations.

Fair usage is designed to keep membership affordable by making sure that excessive use by members is avoided. We have therefore placed limits on the amount of ink that can be given to any one member in a subscription year. We will monitor usage levels on an individual basis to ensure fairness is applied at all times. Under this policy members are entitled to a maximum volume of ink equivalent to 16 cartridge refills in any subscription year. This limit excludes the initial ink within the 4 cartridges offered with the printer when joining. There are no restrictions on the composition of the ink for the 16 cartridges (i.e.) they can be all black or colour or a combination of all. You can find out your current status in terms of usage at any times from the Cartridge Green store your membership is held. If the permitted volume of ink is exceeded, the member is entitled to renew their membership. The renewal fee will be the standard renewal fee at that time.

The membership will automatically cancel if the member has not renewed the membership when the membership has expired.

Under the Data Protection Act 2003, Club Cartridge Green ensures that your personal details will not be referred or sold to any third party organisations. If you do not wish to receive details of Club Cartridge Green related promotions or renewal notices be email or text messages then please untick the box when prompted to do so when entering your personal membership details. if you wish to opt-out of receiving these promotional messages, then access the "Unsubscribe" link that is available on all promotional emails sent to you or replying STOP to promotional text messages .
