      Cartridge \t\tGreen has an ink subscription called \u201cTotal Freedom (Total \t\tFreedom or the Package)\u201d that gives users a new printer and then \t\tfree unlimited ink for a 12 month period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Total \t\tFreedom entitles users to ink refills but not physical printer \t\tcartridge replacements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Four \t\tcartridges are linked to your Total Freedom Package using barcodes. \t\tOnly cartridges with these barcodes can be refilled under the terms \t\tand pricing of the Package.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Customers \t\tmay add spare cartridges to their Package up to a maximum of eight \t\tcartridges and any spare cartridge additions will be subject to a \t\tonce off standard rate charge. Once paid, these cartridges will be \t\tlinked to your Package and they will be eligible for free ink up to \t\tthe expiration date of your Package.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Cartridge \t\tGreen reserves the right to charge the list pricing for cartridges \t\tit believes have barcodes that were removed from other cartridges \t\tor barcodes that have been tampered with.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Cartridge(s) \t\tlinked to your Package can and may fail. Cartridge Green will not \t\tbe held responsible for such failures and if a cartridge fails you \t\tare entitled to replace it and link the replacement cartridge to \t\tyour Package by paying the list price for the new replacement \t\tcartridge(s). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Customers \t\twho purchase the Total Freedom Package online are not permitted to \t\tget their cartridges refilled in Cartridge Green stores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    8. \n

      Packages \t\tare not transferable to any other parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    9. \n

      You \t\tare entitled to sign up for multiple Total Freedom Packages but you \t\tmay not transfer cartridges from one Package to another.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    10. \n

      You \t\tmay renew your Total Freedom Package and continue to get free \t\tunlimited ink for a further 12 months. Renewal fees are subject to \t\tthe renewal pricing at the time of renewal and not the renewal fees \t\tat the time of joining.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    11. \n

      Under \t\tthe Data Protection Act 2003, Cartridge Green ensures that member\u2019s \t\tdetails will not be referred or sold to any third party \t\torganisations. You may opt out of Cartridge Green related \t\tpromotions or notices by clicking the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d link on \t\temails or by contact us to remove you from any future text \t\tmessages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    12. \n

      Cartridge \t\tGreen reserves the right to change pricing at any time without \t\tnotice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    13. \n

      Cartridge \t\tGreen reserves the right to refuse to renew a Package.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    14. \n

      Cartridges \t\twill not be returned to users when their Package has expired but \t\twill be returned when the Package has been renewed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    15. \n

      You \t\tmay be liable for redelivery costs if you are not available to \t\taccept your printer when initial delivery is attempted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    16. \n

      Printers \t\tthat are lost in delivery must be reported to Cartridge Green \t\timmediately. Cartridge Green will investigate delivery failures \t\twith the courier company. Replacement printers will not be sent \t\tuntil the delivery issue has been determined with the courier \t\tcompany.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n
