What is Club Cartridge Green

Club Cartridge Green is an ink subscription that gives users a new printer that comes with an unlimited supply of free ink each year giving them freedom to print whatever you want in whatever quantities without having to worry about the cost of the ink. For more information click here.

The Opportunity

Currently there are over 25,000 Club Cartridge Green subscribers and the great value of free unlimited ink means that the number of subscribers is growing rapidly. These users are currently being serviced by existing Cartridge Green stores that can only service a certain geographical area.

Given the popularity of the subscription and the fact that most households and small businesses print throughout Ireland, we are now seeking Agents to offer these services in every Irish town and city so that everyone can Be Print Happy

How it Works

• Using your existing footfall and audience, you will sell Club Cartridge Green subscriptions (new printer plus unlimited ink for a year)
• A small display area is required to promote these products (see below)
• All completed sales orders will be sent to Cartridge Green for processing – processing involves contacting the customer to take their details and payment
• Other than display printers, you will not be required to hold any printer stock
• Printers for completed orders will be shipped directly to the subscriber next day
• When subscribers require replacement ink, they will drop these empty cartridges into your retail location and all the empty cartridges from all subscribers will be sent to Cartridge Green at the end of each day using either post, courier or parcel motels. Each cartridge has a dedicated barcode that links the subscriber to your retail location so our system can identify the user and your location
• When received, Cartridge Green will refill these cartridges and send them back to your retail location, individually packaged per subscriber ready for collection. As there is no consideration, you do not have to enter details on your EPOS
• Cartridge Green will also send the subscriber notification via text and email that their cartridges will be ready to collect from your premises next day

Sales Promotion

• Club Cartridge Green is already promoted nationally. However, these campaigns will be adjusted to encourage potential new subscribers to visit their location agent
• You will be required to promote the product to your existing customer base, not only using the instore display but also using other channels that maximise exposure and opportunity

Cost

There is no cost to become a Club Cartridge Green agent although there are certain minimum requirements in order to qualify (see below)

Return

• You will be paid a sales commission on each new and annual renewal sale. These commissions are outlined once the requirements are met
• We will increase the frequency of visits to your retail business as subscribers be dropping and collecting their empty cartridges into your business. Given that the ink they get is free under the subscription, you should expect quite a few visits and related opportunities to sell your core products will be frequent and ongoing

Requirements

• Established retail business on main or secondary street location in town centre
• Minimum wall mounted display space of 1000mm wide x 1000mm high
• Minimum external branding requirement of 1200mm wide x 400mm high
• Refundable security deposit returned if/when display stock and branding items sent back to Cartridge Green
• Initial proposal around ongoing in-store promotion activity
