1. Cartridge Green has an ink subscription called “Total Freedom (Total Freedom or the Package)” that gives users a new printer and then free unlimited ink for a 12 month period.

2. Total Freedom entitles users to ink refills but not physical printer cartridge replacements.

3. Four cartridges are linked to your Total Freedom Package using barcodes. Only cartridges with these barcodes can be refilled under the terms and pricing of the Package.

4. Customers may add spare cartridges to their Package up to a maximum of eight cartridges and any spare cartridge additions will be subject to a once off standard rate charge. Once paid, these cartridges will be linked to your Package and they will be eligible for free ink up to the expiration date of your Package.

5. Cartridge Green reserves the right to charge the list pricing for cartridges it believes have barcodes that were removed from other cartridges or barcodes that have been tampered with.

6. Cartridge(s) linked to your Package can and may fail. Cartridge Green will not be held responsible for such failures and if a cartridge fails you are entitled to replace it and link the replacement cartridge to your Package by paying the list price for the new replacement cartridge(s).

7. Customers who purchase the Total Freedom Package online are not permitted to get their cartridges refilled in Cartridge Green stores.

8. Packages are not transferable to any other parties.

9. You are entitled to sign up for multiple Total Freedom Packages but you may not transfer cartridges from one Package to another.

10. You may renew your Total Freedom Package and continue to get free unlimited ink for a further 12 months. Renewal fees are subject to the renewal pricing at the time of renewal and not the renewal fees at the time of joining.

11. Under the Data Protection Act 2003, Cartridge Green ensures that member’s details will not be referred or sold to any third party organisations. You may opt out of Cartridge Green related promotions or notices by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link on emails or by contact us to remove you from any future text messages.

12. Cartridge Green reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

13. Cartridge Green reserves the right to refuse to renew a Package.

14. Cartridges will not be returned to users when their Package has expired but will be returned when the Package has been renewed.

15. You may be liable for redelivery costs if you are not available to accept your printer when initial delivery is attempted.

16. Printers that are lost in delivery must be reported to Cartridge Green immediately. Cartridge Green will investigate delivery failures with the courier company. Replacement printers will not be sent until the delivery issue has been determined with the courier company.

2. Posting Envelopes

• When you sign up or renew you will be issued with 4 posting envelopes to return your empty printer cartridges.

• Only cartridges received in the Cartridge Green posting envelopes will be accepted

• Your Package or membership number must be written on the front of each envelope

• A maximum of 2 cartridges are permitted per envelope

• No additional packaging is permitted. Simply place cartridges directly into the envelope

• In order to keep our pricing competitive, there is a standard postage charge for additional envelopes. To request additional envelopes you must contact Cartridge Green. Posting envelopes are provided in packs of 4 and rates vary according to postage charges.

• Cartridge Green does not accept responsibility for cartridges that are lost or damaged in transit either by post when sent by the customer to Cartridge Green or returned to the customer by Cartridge Green.

• Failure to observe any of these terms may lead to a delivery failure for your cartridges

3. Membership Termination Policy

Cartridge Green reserves the right to terminate a customers Package at its sole discretion during the term of a Package. For Total Freedom Packages a pro rata refund will be returned to the customer based on the number of days remaining in the Package minus the cost of the printer if one was supplied at the time of signing up. Cartridge Green reserves the right to terminate a customers Package if it is deemed uneconomical for Cartridge Green to service.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations (other than a payment obligation) under this Agreement due to any cause outside its reasonable control. Such delay or failure will not constitute a breach in contract and the time for performance of the affected obligation will be extended by such period as is reasonable.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I hereby confirm and accept that I shall not hold Cartridge Green responsible for any damage howsoever caused to me or my printer cartridges arising from or due to the negligence of Cartridge Green. I hereby apply for a Total Freedom Package and I understand that my application shall be made strictly subject to the Terms and Conditions, Bye Laws and Regulations of Cartridge Green and I have read and understand same. Should my application be successful I hereby agree to comply with and be bound by the Rules of Cartridge Green and those Terms and Conditions as set out above and I have read and understand same. I acknowledge and confirm that I fully understand the effect and importance of the above mentioned Acknowledgements and Terms and Conditions.
